Training	Must complete a training programme certified by the Commissioner in the Gazette and delivered by a Gazette-certified provider before a licence is issued (s.4A). The application form asks whether the applicant has passed the 'Bermuda Security Standards' examination
Fees	Individual licence application fee $200, cheques payable to the Accountant General (BPS application form). Fees are prescribed under the Government Fees Act 1965 (s.4)
Renewal	Annual: every licence runs from 1 April to 31 March of the next year (s.4(1)(d)). Renewals use the same application form, and a renewal may be endorsed on the licence (Regs reg.3(4))
