As Chief Investigator of CIG, LLC, I coordinate investigative and forensic services for clients across Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, the U.S., and Latin America. My role combines direct casework, expert testimony, and supervision of specialized operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee criminal, civil, corporate, and domestic investigations — including homicide, fraud, and organized crime — ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and providing forensic support to attorneys and clients.
Supervise crime scene evaluations, reviewing photographic, ballistic, and digital evidence.
Serve as a Court-Appointed Perito Forense (Expert Witness) in digital forensics, audio/video authentication, and criminal defense.
Perform digital forensic analysis of mobile devices, computers, screenshots, metadata, and social media under SWGDE and NIST standards.
Oversee forensic audio and handwriting examinations conducted by certified experts.
Conduct polygraph examinations in criminal, civil, and corporate cases.
Lead surveillance, counter-surveillance, insurance fraud, and skip tracing cases, delivering actionable reports.
Manage service of process locally and internationally.
Conduct OSINT and cyber investigations, including cryptocurrency tracing, email forensics, and social media intelligence.
Deliver forensic reports and expert testimony in Puerto Rico and U.S. courts.
Advise criminal defense attorneys, identifying weaknesses in prosecution evidence and recommending strategies.
Provide training workshops on body language, micro-expressions, and investigative methods.
Serve clients ranging from attorneys, corporations, insurers, and government entities to private individuals, both local and international.
Offer expert commentary on major TV and radio networks in Puerto Rico and the U.S. about high-profile cases.
