Private investigator licensing in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

Yes. Private investigators need a licence in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

The House of Assembly's official register of 2003 Acts lists the Private Investigators and Security Guards Act, 'an Act to provide for the licensing and control of private investigators and security guards', as Act No. 31 of 2003. It was assented on 15 December 2003, published the next day and proclaimed on 13 January 2004. We could not get the Act's text, so the licensing body, eligibility rules and fees are unverified. Its title matches the OECS model used in Saint Kitts and Nevis (Act 5 of 2004), but that does not tell us what this Act says.1
